The following group of courses are specially designed with the Home Inspection Professional in mind; however, may be taken by anyone that has an interest in building components, design, function, and common failures.
These courses may be taken individually in any order for continuing education credits (CEU) as required to maintain your current Home Inspector's license. You choose the topic and the course level. There are textbook requirements for some courses; however, most textbooks have several course options and opportunities to gain credit hours. You purchase a textbook once and can return to take any of the courses under that text and utilize the same book. Already own the required text - simply sign up for the course and complete it using your previously purchased text book.
